I recently went on a holiday in June with Arendezvous and I can say it was the best holiday I ever had. I have been on three cruises with Pacific Sky and had a far much better time in Port Douglas with Arendezvous. Justine was the organizer and she had everything organized so that everything went well. We had 16 people on our holiday from different states in Australia and everyone got on well. The excursions we went on were excellent and everyone enjoyed the day. The accommodation was excellent we stayed at the Regis resort the staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurants we went to were top class with beautiful food. If anyone could not eat certain food,this was catered for. I would not hesitate in recommending Arendezvous to anyone else and would like to go on another holiday with this company next year. I must mention the staff in the Sydney Office were very helpful. Everyone in my group on the holiday all said they would definitely go on another holiday with Arendezvous. Regards Rachel

Do you enjoy hosting parties? Houses/units are needed for small mid week parties for the new people to attend to get to know each other.

If you can offer a place for a small midweek gathering let me know on 8214 8397 or 0419 605 365. People who offer a venue pay no fees at all events.

Would you like to open your place up for an interest evening on some topic or theme? Or would you like to address a small group on some interesting topic which would be of interest to members. Speakers are needed on some topic or theme and a people are asked to offer their places for these small interest evening gatherings. There is no cost for these evenings and people can just brings some light food thing to share or a bottle or two.

Please make sure you book in because if you don't and no one else does and I don't know you're coming to alert you you'll be in for a surprize. If everyone books it works. If you don't book you reduce the apparent numbers and may contribute towards cancellation and you take your chances then turning up. Book in early as it gets the ball rolling ! Also if you are coming from a distance book in by early to get the cheapest price and that should cover your petrol costs.

We choose the restaurants that are giving us the special deals! No high prices for us 'cause we've been going so long and we give them free plugs on the internet and by email and we go back to them from time to time on a repeat basis so they give us really good deals so come along ! (Why be impressed by places that charge excessive prices, they’re all buying from the same food wholsalers and markets for the same prices). You won't get nights and banquets like these if you go on your own (as if you would) or with one or two others. You need to be part of a large group and then you meet lots of new people and maybe someone special (a lot of cluey people have been using the events for just that over the years and have done well). Dinner Club has been a recognized centrepiece on the Sydney social scene for the from time to time unattached (and soon to be) now since 1978 for those seeking to interview members of the opposite sex seeking same and who can sustain good conversation – or just to meet new friends - over a relaxed dinner - and you’ve got to eat so you might as well come to the dinners !

Now we do not have the compulsory booking fees or charges for coming to events – even speed dating is free!
But, of course, we do ask that in order to cover running costs you make a donation on arrival of from $0 up depending on what you want to offer and what mood you’re in and we’ll see how it goes.
If the events are cheaper and there are no required fees of any particular amount more people should turn up which means more people for everyone to meet, more energy on the nights and we’ll start separate age tables too – so bring friends !
No charges or fees at all, just voluntary donations from time to time of $0 up at any event to cover expenses – see how that goes – no one does that. Donate what you like or nothing whenever you like. From what people are telling me they prefer this system and I think most people will go with it and do the right thing. If you think such a group should exist and serves an important purpose then please show your support from time to time when you come.
